1. Our role
NxtBanking is a software and API infrastructure provider. Where a service involves a regulated activity (for example BBPS bill payments, AEPS cash withdrawal, money transfer or prepaid recharge), that activity is carried out by the licensed or authorised entity concerned (such as a Bharat Bill Payment Operating Unit, a sponsor bank, a Payment Aggregator or a payment system operator) under its own licence and rules. NxtBanking does not hold customer funds as a bank, does not issue payment instruments and does not claim any licence or authorisation that it has not been granted.
NxtBanking is a product of Laraware Private Limited. References to AEPS, BBPS, NPCI, RBI, UIDAI, banks, billers and telecom operators are for describing services and integrations only. They do not mean that these organisations endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with NxtBanking, unless stated in writing. All trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
2. Regulatory status
- NxtBanking is not a bank, a non-banking financial company, a Payment Aggregator or a Prepaid Payment Instrument issuer, unless a specific licence is shown on this website.
- BBPS, AEPS and other services mentioned are provided through, or in association with, entities authorised to carry out them. Any application for, or progress toward, an authorisation does not mean the authorisation has been granted.
- Customers should check the identity and authorisation of the entity handling their transaction, which is shown on the receipt or in the platform.
3. Third-party dependence
Transactions rely on banks, NPCI, BBPS units, billers, telecom operators and other third parties. We cannot control their availability, speed, plans, limits, charges, data accuracy or decisions. Delays, failures and errors on their side are not our responsibility, but we will help you resolve them under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Grievance Redressal Policy.

Information on this website is for general information and may change without notice. Although we try to keep it accurate, we make no warranty of completeness or suitability. Statistics, API counts, features, partner names, ratings and performance claims are indicative. Nothing on this website is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any level of earnings, commission, transaction volume, uptime beyond what is stated in a signed agreement, or success of any specific transaction.
